How quickly can you respond to my repair request?
We typically respond within 1 hour during business hours. Same-day service is available for bookings made before 4pm. For emergencies — such as a completely dead fridge — call us directly for priority scheduling.
Do you offer same-day appliance repair in Nairobi?
Yes. We offer same-day service across Nairobi and the surrounding counties, 7 days a week. Our technicians carry fully stocked service vehicles so most repairs can be completed in a single visit.
What areas do you serve outside Nairobi?
We serve Nairobi, Kiambu, Machakos, Kajiado, Nakuru and Muranga counties. If you're not sure whether we cover your location, just call or WhatsApp us — we'll let you know immediately.
What happens if you cannot fix my appliance?
You only pay the full repair fee if we successfully fix your appliance. If we cannot repair it during the visit, you pay only the diagnostic fee. There are no hidden charges — our pricing is always transparent upfront.
Do repairs come with a warranty or guarantee?
Yes. All repairs include a minimum 3-month guarantee on parts and labour. Major component replacements carry up to a 12-month warranty. If the same issue recurs within the guarantee period, we return and fix it at no additional cost.
How do I pay for the repair service?
We accept M-Pesa, cash, and bank transfers. Payment is made after the repair is complete. You will always receive a clear quotation before any work begins so there are no surprises.
